Description

Lead a high-performing team to win new business and expand existing programs across MSO, utilities, municipal broadband, and enterprise. Build pipeline, refine playbooks, forecast accurately, and partner with delivery leaders to craft compelling proposals for fiber builds, network upgrades, and managed services.

Key Responsibilities

Own territory planning, pipeline generation, and quota delivery for the team
Recruit, coach, and run weekly deal reviews; sharpen messaging and playbooks
Partner with Engineering/PMO on proposals, ROMs, pricing, and SOW creation
Drive accurate monthly/quarterly forecasts and stage hygiene in Salesforce
Represent Amtec at industry conferences; build partner and channel relationships
Analyze win/loss and refine ICP, segmentation, and outbound campaigns

Requirements

6+ yrs B2B sales in telecom/network services, including 2+ yrs team leadership
Consistent attainment of $3M+ annual quota; expertise in complex/solutions sales
Familiarity with fiber deployment cycles, make-ready, PON, and managed NOC services
Strong pipeline management and forecasting discipline (Salesforce required)
Proficiency with MEDDICC/BANT or similar qualification frameworks
Excellent negotiation and executive storytelling; travel 20–30% for key meetings/events
