Description

Translate operational needs into data-backed requirements and process improvements across NOC, Field Ops, Engineering, and PMO. Build dashboards, model capacity, and partner with product to enhance our AWiPS platform—boosting our 96% first-time-right metric and overall SLA performance.

Key Responsibilities

Elicit and document requirements; groom backlogs with Product/Engineering

Build dashboards that track SLA, capacity, and cost; drive action with insights

Run root-cause and variance analyses; recommend process and policy changes

Support UAT, rollout communications, and training for AWiPS enhancements

Model demand and workforce capacity for multi-state deployments

Maintain SOPs, metrics dictionaries, and change-management artifacts

Requirements

Bachelor’s in Business, IS, Engineering, or related field

3–5 yrs business analysis or ops analytics in telecom, utilities, or field services

Strong SQL and advanced Excel; experience with Power BI/Tableau

Comfort mapping processes (BPMN/SIPOC) and writing user stories/acceptance criteria

Familiarity with ITSM/Jira and KPI design (SLA, MTTR, truck-roll efficiency)

Excellent stakeholder facilitation and concise executive communication
