Description

Own strategic relationships with MSO, ISP, utility, and enterprise clients—driving renewals, expansions, and customer satisfaction across nationwide fiber, HFC, and small-cell programs. Partner cross-functionally (Engineering, NOC, Field Ops) and leverage our AWiPS platform to surface insights, protect SLAs, and deliver measurable outcomes. Remote, with occasional client travel.

Key Responsibilities

Own post-sale relationships, QBRs, health checks, and executive alignment
Drive renewals and expansions; build multi-year account plans and forecasts
Translate customer goals into scoped SOWs and delivery roadmaps
Coordinate with NOC/Engineering/Field Ops to maintain SLA and solve escalations
Leverage AWiPS dashboards to surface trends, risks, and capacity signals
Collect Voice-of-Customer; inform product/operations improvements and case studies

Requirements

4+ yrs B2B account management in telecom/broadband, MSO, or network services
Working knowledge of fiber/PON, DOCSIS, and access/transport concepts
Proven track record achieving renewal/expansion targets and net revenue retention
Fluency in SOW/MSA/SLA mechanics; comfortable with pricing and margin analysis
CRM proficiency (Salesforce/HubSpot) and data-driven reporting skills (Excel/Sheets)
Excellent written client comms (QBR decks, incident/health reports); travel up to 15%
